Love and relationships can be complicated and messy sometimes. It stays in your mind rent-free, it circles back over and over again, and it even affects your actions massively!
As a Christian in pursuit of real love, these Bible verses have been helpful in teaching me about love. They taught me to see love as a deliberate choice to live with faithfulness and willingness to sacrifice for the sake of love while honoring the Lord. These verses are from the Old Testament and New Testament which tackles selfless love, marriage, faithful commitment and passionate devotion between spouses, and the profound love of Christ for us, sinners.
Tiny note: Charity means agape love, the unconditional love of God for humans (& the highest form of love) that we, as Christians, are called to follow.
